    Maximize Small Spaces

    1) Get focused- create a focal point in a room that will make it seem more open and spacious.

    2) Reflect- Adding mirrors can really open a small space up. If mirrors aren't really your thing try adding stainless steel metal in places, they can make great magnet boards. (Cookie sheets work great!!)

3)Hang ups- Create a galley style kitchen by hanging pots and pans above the stove.

    4) Collect & Display- Display your color collection as a focal point in a room, you put time (and often money) into your collection

    5) Storage- make a side table out of books, get a rolling otoman to store dvd's or blankets. By finding functional storage you add additional floor space.

    Hi Beverly,
I'm a Toronto real estate agent. I'm really into browsing real estate blogs lately. I've come over some good ones and some not so good. But I have to say that I really like those kind of blogs that go more into detail. Blogs that go further than listings and statistics (helpful they may be). Blogs that try to give small but very effective tips about selling or buying a property. And that is why this post is very interesting for me. I've come over some blogs that gave tips regarding the preparation of a home in order to sell it most favourable. Nice tips.
    Elli

Glad you enjoy! I'll also be doing more video posts soon. We all need to work together to thrive in this market!
